UHPA caters to the needs of members by creating, managing and implementing innovative practices which raise their operating standards and improve service delivery in a manner which is mindful of the environment and which contributes to responsible tourism growth. For three decades, UHPA has advocated for members both at home and abroad, with a clear vision and mission.

UHPA membership gives you the right to use the UHPA logo as a sign of reliability and quality, it connects you to your service users and increases the possibility of establishing business relations with reliable companies - active and associated members of UHPA. Your data and activities will be included on www.uhpa.hr and www.putovanja.hr.

By way of your membership, potential partners and future service users will easily find their way to you - your listing will be accessible online and in our annual UHPA member Directory. Queries that reach the UHPA office about you will widen your engagement, both with us as your representatives and with your target audience. By advertising in UHPA publications or through online banners at special member rates, not only do you save on costs but you also channel your message to potential services users and partners exclusively. 

Regularly and upon specific request, you will be advised on tourism industry regulations and updated on the implementation of Croatian, European and international legal practice where travel agency and tourism operations are concerned. UHPA follows up on current issues with the most relevant national and international instances on all travel and tourism related matters, sparking initiatives on behalf of members and communicating their outcomes clearly and consistently. UHPA representatives hold appointments in various councils, committees and bodies of the Ministry of Tourism, the Croatian National Tourist Board and local DMO's, and as members of ECTAA, we cooperate closely with other trade associations on the continent.

You will be invited to UHPA's bi-annual General Assembly meetings, to the meetings of sections, working groups and regional assemblies. You can engage with other members, participate in discussions and exchange experiences and views on key issues and matters of shared interest.  You and your staff will be able to attend UHPA´s seminars and lectures by Croatian and foreign tourism experts (very often free of charge).
